Design and implementation of a pedagogical and cultural management model to create a a space for dialogue and empowerment among community leaders in Santa Ana. Through experimental embroidery workshops, themes such as women’s rights, the valuation of their personal stories, and strengthening their autonomy were addressed. As a result of the process, participants created a series of embroidered products, which were sold in self-managed bazaars, putting shared knowledge into practice and exploring ways to generate and manage new economic resources independently.
